• Well Experienced in Handling a Bouquet of Youtube Channels.
• Proven Track Record of Successfully Managing a Company/division Involved in Content Creation and Streaming of Multiple Youtube Channels Across Various Categories.
• Proven Track Record of Handling a Large Team of Employees Across Various Departments like Sales, Programming, Production, Creative Etc.
• Proven Track Record of Successfully Launching New Channels & Growing the Revenues of Existing Channels.
• Good Knowledge of Google/youtube Analytics with An Ability to Interpret the Analytic Data & Initiate the Necessary Actions.
• Thorough Analysis & Understanding of the Competitive Environment and Competing Channels.
• Provide Necessary Inputs to the Channel Managers, Business Development Managers and Creative Team On the Way Forward for the Digital Channels Considering the Market Environment & Competition Activities.
• Good Understanding of the International Mcn Operations.
• Good Understanding of the Content Platform Operations Across Avod, Svod, Tvod Categories.
• Track Record of Having Transacted with Mcns & Digital Platforms.
• Expand the Digital Footprint of the Digital Channels Through Strategic Partnerships with Mcns.
• Expand the Channel/content Reach By Building Presence Across Vod Platforms.
• Ability to Anchor Discussions with the Creative & Production Teams for Channel Requirements.
• Ability to Manage the Relationships with Youtube & other Channel Partners for Smooth Working Relations.
• Constantly Look for Opportunities to Monetise the Digital Assets & Pursue Brand Sponsorships
• Ability to Drive the Creative Team to Identify & Conceive New Shows for the Digital Team for Digital Consumption.
• Anchor the Creative Team to Constantly Provide Ideas and Inputs to the Channel Management Team On New Shows, Improvement of Existing Shows, Special Opportunity/event Based Shows Etc.
