financial Services Industry (fintech, Credit Union, Etc.) Highly Preferred.
Experience with Dynamic Content Delivery, Archival• & Real Time Retrieval Systems,
supporting Both End Users and Internal Agent Facing Systems, and Delivering Both
online and Within the Enterprise
Experience Supporting a Multi-national Workforce and Multi-cultured End User Base•
Understanding of Modern Architecture Design Principles and Technologies, Covering•
all Layers of the Development and Infrastructure Stack in Order to Work With
developers On the Design and Build of Features
Working Knowledge of Debug Tools and Query Languages to Support Technical•
products in Production (sql, Mongodb, Inspector) and Ability to Understand Apis
and Troubleshoot Technical Issues
Partner with Developers to Resolve Technical Issues and Act as a Resource To•
developers for High Alert Incident Resolution
