• management of Petty Cash Transaction
• maintain Delivery Challan
• controlling Credit and Ensure Debtors Pay On Time.
• preparation of Financial Reports.
• payment Follows Up.
• co-ordinate with Ca Office Handling.
• office Expenses and Payroll.
• direct Phone Calls.
• maintain and Update Company Database.
• organize a Filling System for Important and Confidential Company Documents.
• answer Quires By Employees and Clients.
• arrange Travel and Accommodation.
• plan Meetings and Take Details .
• maintain Contact Lists.
• act as the Point or Contact for Internal and External Clients.
requirements and Qualification:
• knowledge of Office Management Systems and Procedure.
• working Knowledge of Office Equipment, like Printers and Fax Machine.
• ms Office, Ms Excel, Ms Powerpoint .
