Job Description for Client Servicing - Manager/ Executive:

• Experience with Gathering Client Requirements and Understanding and Interpreting Requirements Specifications
• Creating and Working On Developing Client Strategy with Respect to New Ideas/concepts for Corporate Events.
• Must Be a Team Player with the Ability to Work Independently as Well as Part of a Team
• Must Be Flexible, Adaptable and have the Ability to Work in a Fast Paced Changing Environment.
• Strong Interpersonal, Written and Verbal Communication Skills. Solid Analytical, Negotiation and Problem Solving Skills.
• the Candidate Should Be Self Driven An Out of the Box Thinker and a Highly Motivated Team Player
• Posses Excellent Presentation Making Skills and also Presenting Before the Client
• Research and Development in the Field of Events
• Must Be the Bridge Between the Design and Production, in Terms of Getting the Designs Done from the Designers and Coordinating with Production Team for the Same
• Coordinating with Client, Project Manager and the Team Members for Deliverable
• Establishing and Maintaining Client Relationship
• Keeping Track of Project Status and Reporting to the Project Manager
• Liaise Between the Client and Internal and External Teams
• Lead the Planning and Implementation of the Project
• Define Project Plan and Resource Requirements
• Design and Document Detailed Plans for Solution Delivery
• Manage Customer Expectations
• Quality Assurance
• Project Evaluations and Assessment of Results.
