job Description:
1. Ensure Efficient Pickup and Deliveries of Shipments and Internal Hub Operations.
2. Supervise Dispatchers, Hub Operations Team, Customer Service, Coordinators & Couriers to Ensure that Every Shipment is Picked and Delivered Within
3. Assign Delivery to Couriers According to Schedules and Route Plans.
4. Achieve Kpi & Sla of Delivery & Pickup Commitment.
5. Supervise Staff to Ensure that Safety Best Practices are Being Followed While Handling Shipments.
6. Evaluate all Aspects of Employee Performance and Provide Coaching or Discipline as Needed.
7. Provide Operations Staff with Guidance and Support to Cope with Volume Growth.
