Job Description: HR Executive- Payroll
Responsible for end to end payroll
Activities:
Processing and updating the Attendance
collating the input data for all the location
completing the joining formalities
Processing the salary for all the employees
Generating Pay slips, bank statement etc
MIS Reports
Generating appointment letters
Monthly Salary reconciliation
Processing Full and final settlement
Processing the statutory compliance
Skills Sets Mandatory:
Proficiency using MS Office, knowledge of advance excel, formulating reports in excel
Specific Comments:
Preferred Male, Knowledge in speaking English, Kannada and understand Hindi.
