Job Description:
1. Responsible for administrative, compliance-oriented and strategic duties
2. Maintaining employee records, administering benefits and payroll, and providing employee self-service
3. Responsible to develop HR policies as per the requirement.
4. Smooth Onboarding of new joiners (joining formalities, documentation, background verification) and induction
5. Understand the employees and build in a good rapport with the employees
Gaining an understanding of the company and its various departments and functions
6. Timely processing of payroll on month
7. Creating a functional and scalable format for a resume database
8. Filtering resumes and recording the information in the database and ensuring that all the critical data is captured
9. Keeping the database up to date & maintaining the same
10. Ideating, coordinating & executing employee engagement initiatives that have to take place in the company
11. Participate actively in business meetings and understand business requirements. Carry out effective manpower planning and ensure manpower costs are within the established controls.
12. Compliance with Labor laws & Statutory payments.
13. Identify & Empanel Recruitment Vendors and review performance
14. Track and review disciplinary complaints
15. Able to develop administrative procedures
16. Able to plan and control administrative budget
17. To understand general concepts of Administration
18. To enhance the office staff’s ability to manage and organize office effectively and professionally
