Job Role:
Cold calling companies and channel partners using our internal database to pitch our services

Database creation and updating the back-office

Following up with the prospects for meetings with the BD person


Key Responsibilities:
Cold call people using a given database to pitch the company's services

Use scripts to provide information about the service features and their benefits

Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements

Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system

Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
