Job Requirement 1.Manage the customer support team to deliver the highest standards of services to the customers.
2.Ensure customer enquiries are dealt within the service standards and personally deal with more complex enquirers.
3.Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of customer services.
4.Responsible for responding to emergencies, to ensure setting up & running of the product as required.
5.Undertake customer surveys & feedback on services to improve service delivery.
6.Responsible to deliver the highest standards of services to the customers. Ensure planning of resources effectively.
